Welcome to CincySHRM!

We are thrilled to have you visit our community, the largest HR association in the Greater Cincinnati area, and one of the most dynamic chapters in the nation. Formerly known as the Greater Cincinnati HR Association (GCHRA), CincySHRM is proud to be a local chapter and recognized affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). With a rich history dating back to the 1930s, we continue to be a driving force in the HR field, offering unparalleled opportunities to learn, connect, and grow.

As a member of CincySHRM, you are joining a network of over 700 dedicated HR professionals committed to enhancing our workplaces and our profession, one step at a time.
